💼 About This Role

You'll lead transactions end-to-end from LOI through close, developing sector theses and proprietary deal flow for a 13-brand portfolio of iconic consumer and retail brands. Your core impact will be designing and executing value-creation roadmaps that drive operational transformation across newly acquired companies. This role offers direct executive access and the chance to shape investment strategy across a dynamic portfolio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead acquisitions from LOI through close, including modeling and diligence
• Build relationships with bankers and advisors to generate proprietary deal flow
• Partner with operators to design 100-day plans and value-creation roadmaps
• Manage and develop Senior Associates and Analysts on deal teams

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years of total professional experience
• 2+ years in investment banking or top-tier strategy consulting
• 3+ years in private equity or principal investing
• Advanced financial modeling skills: full LBOs, operating models, returns analysis

• Experience in consumer, retail, ecommerce, or multi-unit businesses
• Exposure to middle-market companies and complex situations
• Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or Python
