💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their home or learning center. You'll implement treatment plans, track progress, and build skills in a play-filled environment. MeBe offers paid RBT training and mentorship to launch your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record progress in data collection system Central Reach
• Assist with lunch, bathroom, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, run
• Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (if in San Diego, AZ, or VA)
