You'll manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and core clients, driving retention and growth through disciplined account management. You will own the full client lifecycle and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable value from Array's financial innovation platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of core accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Array's product suite
- Provide structured client feedback to inform product improvements
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B client success or account management managing a retention and growth portfolio
- Experience owning a book of business in the $3Mโ$8M ARR range in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering consistent outcomes
- Operational discipline with strong prioritization and structured process skills

- Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or credit-related products
- Experience identifying and executing expansion opportunities within existing accounts
