You'll manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and core clients, driving retention and growth through disciplined account management. You will own the full client lifecycle and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable value from Array's financial innovation platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of core accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Array's product suite
  • Provide structured client feedback to inform product improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B client success or account management managing a retention and growth portfolio
  • Experience owning a book of business in the $3Mโ€“$8M ARR range in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering consistent outcomes
  • Operational discipline with strong prioritization and structured process skills

  • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or credit-related products
  • Experience identifying and executing expansion opportunities within existing accounts
