🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth patient visits
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and daily huddles
• Perform in-office procedures

📋 Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care in past 5 years
• State license in New Jersey by start date
