You will drive Neo4j's growth by designing and implementing revenue strategies, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and other teams to scale processes and capture market share in the APAC region. You'll develop key metrics, automate efficiencies, and provide actionable insights to sales leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Marketing, Finance
  • Expert in GTM workflows and sales technology (Salesforce, Gong, Zoominfo, Outreach)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
