💼 About This Role

You'll join Monks' Interactive Center of Excellence to pitch, plan, and produce immersive web, AI, and experiential projects for world-leading brands. You'll lead productions from brief to delivery, crafting smart production plans with solid SOWs and budgets. Work alongside a creative, top-tier team on projects ranging $100K to $2M+.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and pitch new projects by responding to briefs and RFPs
• Execute productions from pitch to delivery, owning early phases
• Oversee junior production team members and provide expert advice
• Manage multiple projects with budgets from $100K to $2M+

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of production experience
• Proven experience producing immersive web, digital, experiential, or live events
• Strong client-facing skills to sell solutions and maintain relationships
• Problem-solving ability to draft and execute plans with limited information
