💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical design and delivery within a squad, building Spring Boot microservices and React/TypeScript frontends for a UK digital bank. You'll own complex features end-to-end and drive high engineering standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex full-stack features
• Produce Architecture Decision Records for significant technical decisions
• Own and improve SLOs and operational metrics for squad services
• Mentor and line-manage 1-2 Full Stack Engineers

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with Spring Boot microservices in Kotlin or Java
• Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Proven ability to design robust, scalable solutions within a squad
• Understanding of secure coding practices (e.g. OWASP) and compliance

• Experience with GitHub Copilot or other GenAI tools
