You'll lead a sales team for Paytm's QR and Soundbox products, driving merchant acquisition and growth in Chintamani. You'll manage relationships with merchants, from lead outreach to purchase, and ensure team performance through distribution and expansion strategies.

• Sell products/services to merchants and represent the brand
• Manage relationships with customers as key point of contact
• Lead and handle a sales team of 5 members
• Drive distribution and expansion metrics

📋 Requirements

• Must have Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
• More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
• Team handling experience is a must (5 member team previously)
• Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
