You'll drive high-priority strategic projects and manage key operational processes for a fast-growing identity verification startup. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape company direction. This role offers exposure to board-level communications and cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ad-hoc special projects for the CEO and Finance team.
• Manage annual planning, monthly reviews, and goal-tracking cadences.
• Develop and track business KPIs across the company.
• Prepare board materials and executive presentations.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience at a VC-backed startup, consulting, banking, or PE firm.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with comfort in ambiguity.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with limited guidance.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (docs, sheets, slides).
