💼 About This Role

You'll drive top-of-funnel growth by optimizing web funnels in a high-velocity B2C environment. You'll own the full experiment lifecycle from idea to decision, iterating daily to improve conversion. You'll work directly with developers, using Mixpanel and GrowthBook for analytics and A/B testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch and iterate product experiments daily across the funnel
• Own and manage the experimentation backlog
• Write clear PRDs and experiment briefs for developers
• Monitor performance and deliver daily/weekly insights

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management and growth, with 3+ years in growth/product optimization
• Proven track record of optimizing web funnels in B2C
• At least 1 year in a high-velocity growth environment with daily experiments
• Deep proficiency with Mixpanel for funnels, cohorts, and event-based analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• B2B experience is a plus
• Experience with experimentation tools like GrowthBook
