💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational backbone of the customer journey, designing Success Plans and playbooks for CSMs. You'll leverage Gainsight, Zendesk, and Sigma to build dashboards and drive insights. This role directly impacts customer success through data-driven lifecycle strategy and streamlining operations for a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding and off-boarding processes while ensuring data hygiene
  • Design Success Plans and playbooks for renewals and expansions
  • Build and manage dashboards using Gainsight, Zendesk Explore, Sigma
  • Prepare QBR decks and manage SLA credit tracking
  • Administer and distribute NPS and CSAT surveys

📋 Requirements

  • Extensive experience utilizing Gainsight with dashboard building
  • Ability to build strategic playbooks and track downstream impact
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Zendesk Explore, Sigma)
  • Data-analytical mindset to translate complex data into actionable insights
