You'll own the full sales cycle as a technical sales consultant for industrial automation and motion control products. You'll build long-term relationships with manufacturers, applying deep product expertise to solve complex engineering challenges. This role offers a clear path to becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow existing accounts and capture new business.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and closing.
- Serve as a technical resource to customers, recommending solutions for their applications.
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage time, territory, and opportunity pipeline.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial sales experience in automation or motion control.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven success in value-added, solution-based selling.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Siemens products.
- Experience in fluid power components and systems.
- IFPS Certified Fluid Power Specialist or similar.
