💼 About This Role

You'll lead a local market's digital revenue growth as Digital Sales Manager, driving adoption of Townsquare Ignite and Amped solutions. You'll coach a team of Account Executives, close complex integrated campaigns, and translate performance data into client insights. This role blends digital strategy, team leadership, and client-facing execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive digital revenue growth for the market via Ignite and Amped solutions.
• Develop and execute digital-forward sales strategy integrating broadcast and digital.
• Coach Account Executives on consultative selling and digital strategy.
• Lead complex digital and integrated campaign negotiations with clients.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales management experience in digital or broadcast media.
• Extensive experience selling programmatic, search, social, video, and OTT/CTV solutions.
• Proven track record of driving digital revenue growth and exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategies and metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Radio or broadcast experience a plus.
• Website and owned-and-operated digital sales experience a plus.
