You'll join Playlab's engineering team to build ML systems that make AI safe and accessible in education. You'll experiment with emerging AI technologies and translate them into tools educators can actually use. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge ML and real educational needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design evaluation systems for educational AI quality across thousands of conversations
• Build ML systems enabling self-improving app creation for educators
• Prototype on-device AI models for offline use
• Implement content moderation and safety systems for educational discourse

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building and deploying ML systems in production
• Experience with generative AI and LLMs
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
• Background in content moderation or safety systems
• Contributions to open source ML projects
