💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate vehicle logistics and fleet operations at our Cricklewood hub, ensuring cars are cleaned, serviced, and damage-assessed before handover. Your impact keeps vehicles moving efficiently for our rideshare customers, supporting the transition to electric mobility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily vehicle movements between dealers, body shops, and sites.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and safety issues, logging and resolving them.
• Manage servicing and MOT bookings and ensure timely preparation.
• Install and manage tracking units (Geotab) and support customer setups.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle operations, ideally in fleet or PCO environment.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and coordinate moving parts.
• Comfortable using Geotab, spreadsheets, and vehicle systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a PCO environment.
• Familiarity with vehicle compliance documents.
