You'll own the strategy for expanding Broccoli AI's home services platform into new verticals like roofing and pest control. You'll develop deep customer insights, shape product priorities, and drive go-to-market execution. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop deep vertical expertise by spending time with customers
- Shape product roadmap by vertical with PM and engineering
- Evolve onboarding and customer success playbooks for each vertical
- Own go-to-market strategy including positioning and partnerships
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with manager-level background
- Top-tier strategy consulting background (Bain, BCG, McKinsey)
- High agency and cross-functional fluency
- Excellent executive communication skills
