You will help train AI models by challenging them on Italian linguistics—grammar, syntax, semantics, and more—to improve their reasoning. Your expertise will directly shape language AI for Italian speakers worldwide.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Italian language, linguistics, or closely related field
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis preferred
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Own secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Challenge AI models on Italian verb conjugation, sentence structure, noun-adjective agreement, idiomatic expressions, formal/informal speech, and regional dialects
• Document model failure modes to harden reasoning
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
