Description

You will work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of processes and improvements for the Member Provider Services Optimization team. This involves collecting business requirements, managing project plans, analyzing data, and developing risk mitigation strategies to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
• 3+ years of experience in operations or health insurance
• 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and procedures
• Experience with data software such as Excel, SQL, Python or other analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects
• Evaluate departmental performance by creating and interpreting data and metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate proactive implementation and change management strategies
