💼 About This Role

You'll manage and enhance relationships with Marqeta's issuing bank partners, driving program growth and compliance. You'll serve as the primary liaison for strategic accounts and lead contract negotiations. This Flexible First role offers remote work within the US or hybrid options near hub offices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary liaison between Marqeta and issuing bank partners
• Collaborate with bank partners and product teams to launch new features
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with bank requirements
• Lead contract negotiations for favorable terms and risk minimization
• Oversee daily operations including invoice validation and audit coordination

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial services, partnership management, or business development
• Direct FinTech experience or managing bank sponsored card products
• Proven senior-level strategic partnership and negotiation expertise
• Strong knowledge of Visa and MasterCard rules
