Description

As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with the sales team to demonstrate Okta's identity platform to customers, understanding their challenges and aligning solutions. You'll deliver custom demos, lead proof-of-concepts, and provide feedback to product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience in IAM
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML
• Experience with lifecycle management and role-based access control

Responsibilities

• Work alongside sales as technical expert in customer-facing meetings
• Understand customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations
• Answer product feature and technical questions
• Plan and deliver Proof of Concepts for complex use cases
• Provide feedback to product management for enhancements
