🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build backend services and APIs for brokerage systems
• Lead technical design discussions and guide system architecture

• Review code and uphold engineering standards

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing and building backend systems using Python, Java, or Go
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts for scalability and reliability
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to code quality
• Comfortable troubleshooting production issues and improving performance
