💼 About This Role

You'll provide expert tax planning and compliance services to optimize tax strategies for clients at a WealthTech startup backed by Google's AI-fund. You'll collaborate with Certified Financial Planners to devise tax strategies and manage ongoing compliance work. This role offers the chance to reinvent the industry and make financial wellness accessible.

🎯 What You'll Do

• **Complete and file** individual income tax returns (federal and state)
• **Conduct tax research** and stay updated on evolving regulations
• **Manage client files** and organize workpapers and lead sheets
• **Communicate** tax planning results with members

📋 Requirements

• CPA, EA, or equivalent tax expertise
• 2+ years of tax compliance experience
• Knowledge of complex individual tax situations (foreign income, FBAR, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• Additional certifications or desire to obtain them
• Proficiency in LaCerte, Proconnect, Google Workspace
