You'll lead a team of 25 customer service agents, ensuring smooth operations across all channels. Your core impact is coaching, resolving complex cases, and collaborating with warehouse teams. You'll also drive improvement projects to optimize processes and reinvent the customer experience.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team of customer service agents.
- Ensure smooth daily operations across WhatsApp, emails, and calls.
- Handle complex cases and coordinate solutions with warehouses.
- Lead improvement projects to optimize team performance.
📋 Requirements
- Bac+3 degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of team management experience in a client-focused environment.
- Fluent in French and English for international projects.
- Crisis management and priority handling skills.
