Description

You will manage customer support tasks independently, troubleshoot technical Wi-Fi issues, and resolve customer complaints for Boingo's wireless services. This is a part-time, fast-paced role where you'll document interactions and escalate tickets as needed.

Requirements

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, NAT, DHCP, IP addressing, WLAN, RF)
  • Knowledge of network protocols: DHCP, DNS, Radius AAA
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7/8/10/11, iOS, Android, gaming consoles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to quickly learn new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously to manage tasks and meet deadlines
  • Respond to support emails, phone calls, chats, and other communications
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to help clients connect to Wi-Fi
  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints and process refunds
  • Document service calls and transactions using ticketing tool
