💼 About This Role

You'll lead Freshpaint's partnership team to drive pipeline and revenue through strategic partnerships that reinforce the company as the gold standard for healthcare compliance. You'll oversee co-selling and co-marketing motions with key partners, building relationships that deliver tangible business results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop new and existing partnerships to drive pipeline and revenue
• Integrate partners into sales processes to create and close opportunities
• Enable co-marketing that supports go-to-market strategy
• Lead and develop a team of partner managers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience building successful partnerships
• 2-3+ years experience leading a partnership team
• Proven track record of partnerships delivering pipeline/revenue via referral and co-sell
