Description

You will design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions for enterprise customers using Contentful Personalization. You will own the end-to-end technical design, lead discovery sessions, and enable customer teams through workshops and code reviews, while partnering with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation with production experience
• Hands-on technical skills to implement personalization in composable architectures
• Ability to lead technical discovery sessions and translate requirements into detailed designs
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Segment, Tealium, mParticle, Salesforce, Dynamics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Snowplow
• Knowledge of modern rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISG, edge, CDN) and enterprise requirements for performance, scalability, security, and privacy

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of personalization and experimentation programs including audience strategy, decisioning models, and experimentation frameworks
• Design personalization strategies that scale responsibly with guardrails against over-personalization and bias
• Define measurement approaches connecting user behavior to business outcomes
• Lead hands-on implementation including building proofs-of-concept and configuring personalization models
• Integrate with enterprise platforms (CDPs, CRMs, analytics, privacy tools) and design delivery patterns for modern rendering
