• Define and execute the AI-First roadmap integrated into SDLC.
• Attract, retain, and manage a diverse team of AI and data engineers.
• Support key clients with AI-focused solutioning and pre-sales.
• Engage in hands-on billable activity and practice oversight.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading AI transformations in enterprise settings.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on coding background, especially in C#/.NET.
• Experience leading and managing software engineering teams.

• Expertise in SCRUM, TDD, and AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Understanding of professional services dynamics including margins.
• Experience with microservices and CI/CD tools.
