🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement operational strategy for market launches and scale-up
• Drive revenue growth and manage P&L against targets
• Lead, coach, and manage in-country teams to achieve KPIs
• Build and manage partnerships with banks and commercial entities

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in digital financial services in Africa
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in relevant field
• Proven track record managing B2B products and P&L
• Experience scaling digital products in African markets
