📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years building production web applications
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar modern stack
• Proven track record leading projects or small teams

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with React
• Experience with Hotwire (Turbo/Stimulus)
