💼 About This Role
You'll provide paralegal support to the FBI's Office of General Counsel, handling document review, legal research, and discovery tasks. Your work directly supports government litigation and ensures legal compliance. This role offers a Top Secret clearance and a chance to work on high-impact federal cases.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct moderately complex legal research and analyze documents.
- Draft legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
- Review discovery materials for relevance and privilege using eDiscovery platforms.
- Maintain case files, privilege logs, and documentation of records produced.
📋 Requirements
- Paralegal certificate, JD, or currently attending ABA-accredited law school with at least one year completed.
- At least two years of litigation paralegal experience.
- One year of experience in automated litigation support.
- Working knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.

- Trial experience.
- Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform or Adobe Pro.
