💼 About This Role

You'll facilitate CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes for prison and re-entry programs at Amity Foundation, a therapeutic community. You'll engage participants daily, document progress, and collaborate with CDCR staff. This role offers a chance to work in a groundbreaking community-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate CBI Life Skills and/or Family Relations classes using standardized curriculum.
• Conduct individual sessions to develop action plans and provide make-up work.
• Evaluate and document participant progress assigned to their classes.
• Engage participants daily and reinforce group norms and expectations.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Peer Navigator certification by CalMHSA.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
