Description

You will lead client implementations from end to end, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and contribute to building scalable processes. This role is critical to supporting Cohere Health's expansion into new markets by refining best practices and driving project execution.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of healthcare experience working with payers
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills
• Experience in fast-paced environment with ability to ramp up quickly
• Organized with demonstrated success running implementation work
• High-level technical knowledge to liaise with product, development, and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Own overall implementation from end to end, both internally and with client teams
• Partner with solutions team in moving from pitch to close as internal project manager
• Work with product strategy to convert launch vision into tactical implementation plans
• Act as key liaison between client implementation team and cross-functional Cohere teams
• Develop and manage detailed project schedule, track progress, and report on risks
