💼 About This Role

You'll contribute to Five9's modern SaaS platform, building highly-available microservices on Google Cloud Platform. Your core impact will be resolving complex cloud technology challenges for enterprise customers. You'll gain deep application-level knowledge while delivering new features to the contact center application.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop next-gen SaaS platform using Java and Spring Framework
• Design highly-available, scalable microservices on GCP
• Troubleshoot and provide production support across the software stack
• Continuously develop, test, deploy and manage production applications

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years software development with Java and Spring Framework
• Experience designing highly available and scalable applications
• Understanding of cloud computing design, virtualization, distributed systems
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years with Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred)
• Hands-on with GCP products: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Continuous Delivery
