🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct multi-disciplinary home health care team
• Process incoming referrals and manage admissions
• Mentor clinical associates and field staff
• Review documentation including OASIS and HCHB

📋 Requirements

• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license
• Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation
• Understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding
