💼 About This Role

You'll lead on-the-ground execution at a contract manufacturer in Taiwan, owning daily manufacturing performance across assembly and system build/test. You'll drive build readiness, manage bottlenecks, and escalate issues to ensure quality and yield targets are met. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead electrical manufacturing readiness for NPI and sustaining activities
• Define and refine PCBA SMT processes with EMS partners
• Develop assembly instructions, tooling, jigs, and fixtures
• Drive DFM and DFT for PCBAs and electrical subsystems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in server or complex system manufacturing execution
• Proven track record managing day-to-day production at Tier 1 CMs in Taiwan
• Hands-on problem solving in fast-moving production environments
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English

• Exposure to test station setup, line balancing, or automation deployment at CMs
• Background in yield management, quality system audits, or continuous improvement
• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
