You'll lead end-to-end design for B2B complex workflow products in construction permitting at a high-growth AI company. You will shape strategy and create beautiful, scalable interfaces used by builders nationwide. This role offers the chance to build design processes from the ground up with top-tier investor backing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify UX and visual improvement opportunities in the application
• Lead end-to-end design projects with engineering and customers
• Contribute to product direction and strategy decisions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on collateral and branding

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years designing software
• Experience with B2B products and complex workflows
• Proficiency in Figma, Notion, or similar tooling
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality product design

• Technical competence to communicate with engineers
• Experience in construction permitting or related domain
• Ability to code is a bonus
