💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for an AI-native analytics startup, from pipeline and discovery to close and expansion. Working closely with founders, you'll shape our go-to-market strategy and build repeatable sales plays. This role offers real ownership of revenue and influence over how the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market to enterprise customers
  • Own deals end-to-end from discovery to signed contract
  • Lead proof-of-value motions alongside Solutions Engineering
  • Identify expansion opportunities and build customer relationships

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying AE experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record closing mid-market or enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong discovery skills and comfort selling to technical and business buyers
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles with POVs or evaluations

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling analytics, data, or AI products
  • Experience in land-and-expand sales motions
  • Experience building early sales playbooks or pricing frameworks
