🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver training programs in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
• Identify and address skill gaps through targeted workshops
• Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and requirements
• Promote adoption of ArcGIS across customer groups

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience with Esri software, including ArcGIS Desktop or Pro
• 2 years experience in classroom facilitation and instructional delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize student needs

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiarity with web-based meeting tools
• Completion of Esri technical certification and facilitation certification
