💼 About This Role

You'll ensure Winamax's operations comply with Spanish legislation, managing interactions with regulatory authorities. You'll advise internal teams on legal aspects and handle contracts and litigation. This role offers a 4-day work week in Paris.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accompany internal teams in procedures before Spanish regulatory authorities
• Manage interactions with competent authorities on gambling, data protection, etc.
• Ensure compliance of products, commercial communications, and promotional mechanisms
• Draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts (T&Cs, media agreements, sponsorships, etc.)

📋 Requirements

• Law degree and Master in Private Law
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a jurist or compliance officer
• Solid knowledge of Spanish legal and regulatory framework
• Fluency in Spanish (native) plus French or English

• Experience in sectors with strong regulatory requirements (internet, sports, audiovisual, medical)
• Good understanding of regulator expectations and methods
