You'll provide accurate and efficient services to Golden Pacific Bank customers while cross-selling deposit and loan products. Your core impact is supporting branch goals and building member relationships. This role offers entry into a next-generation digital financial services company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accept and process deposits, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals within set limits.
• Process loan payments, stop payments, and disputes.
• Cross-sell and refer GPB's deposit and loan products.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Punjabi fluency required.
• Basic word processing and database skills with 50 wpm typing.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
