💼 About This Role

You'll own the positioning, narrative, and launches for Flux, the first AI Hardware Engineer. Your work will ensure Flux is consistently understood across every surface and channel, driving GTM alignment and customer adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own positioning and messaging for value props and competitive framing
• Lead product launches end-to-end including briefs and assets
• Align GTM channels around one cohesive story
• Build reusable systems like messaging libraries and launch playbooks

📋 Requirements

• Proven PMM experience for technical users (PLG, devtools, or technical SaaS)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative skill
• Track record of running launches and coordinating across multiple teams
• Ability to align channel owners without owning their execution

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience marketing to hardware engineers or adjacent technical communities
• Experience with segmentation and tier narratives (Starter vs Pro)
• Background in fast-shipping product organizations
