You'll manage regulatory compliance for Airwallex's UAE operations, ensuring licensing obligations are met and acting as key liaison with regulators. You'll oversee regulatory exams and reporting while advising on new product compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage regulatory compliance for license authorizations and renewals
• Liaise with regulators on applications and information requests
• Advise business on regulatory change initiatives
• Conduct targeted and thematic compliance monitoring reviews

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of regulatory compliance experience in financial services or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and EMEA best practices
• Data proficiency for analysis and reporting
