You'll support US customers on the DigiCert ONE platform for certificate lifecycle products via phone and email. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and contribute to the Knowledge Base. This role offers a chance to work with industry-leading security solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Support US customers via phone and email for DigiCert ONE platform
  • Collaborate with Validation teams to process Lawyer Card requests
  • Research and resolve customer issues using Knowledge Base
  • Document and escalate trends in customer calls

📋 Requirements

  • 2-year degree in IT or related technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of PKI certificates
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs

✨ Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of technical support in tech industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Industry certificates (Security+, MSCE)
