🎯 What You'll Do
- Support US customers via phone and email for DigiCert ONE platform
- Collaborate with Validation teams to process Lawyer Card requests
- Research and resolve customer issues using Knowledge Base
- Document and escalate trends in customer calls
📋 Requirements
- 2-year degree in IT or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support
- Knowledge of PKI certificates
- Working knowledge of REST APIs
✨ Nice to Have
- 2+ years of technical support in tech industry
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products
- Industry certificates (Security+, MSCE)
