💼 About This Role

You'll visit provider offices to retrieve medical records using various EMR systems, working a hybrid schedule. Your core impact is ensuring accurate and timely chart retrieval for healthcare data collaboration. You'll work independently with a supportive remote team and receive mileage reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit provider offices to scan or upload medical record charts using EMR systems
• Work 20-28 hours per week with a fluctuating schedule
• Engage professionally with healthcare providers and communicate daily with remote team
• Access and manage weekly schedule, confirm appointments, and arrive on time
• Troubleshoot technical issues and accurately mark charts as retrieved

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Availability Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at least three consecutive days per week
• Must have a reliable, insured personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and roll a 45lb equipment case and maneuver a 25lb soft case
