Description

You will lead the Access Management product management team at Okta, shaping the experience that powers billions of monthly logins. You'll drive roadmap prioritization, partner with cross-functional teams, and make bold recommendations to senior leadership to secure every identity from AI to human.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology leadership managing people, focused on SaaS/IaaS/PaaS with developers as key buyers
• At least 8 years of product management experience
• Deep expertise in access management products and technologies
• Experience with agile software development and enterprise software customer needs
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team of product managers at various seniority levels

Responsibilities

• Create effective product requirements for iterative customer value release
• Publish and communicate product vision and roadmap
• Work closely with Access Management engineering leadership
• Support product management team in engaging with developers to deliver value and assess priorities
• Collaborate with product designers and researchers to increase market awareness
