You will own the planning and coordination of hardware programs focused on additive technology and traditionally manufactured power generation components, bridging engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to transition beta-stage designs to production. Hyliion creates innovative solutions for clean, flexible electricity production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
• 2-5 years experience in project coordination or project engineering in manufacturing
• Experience in fast-paced, startup-like environment (aerospace, robotics, or technically complex fields)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for mechanical components from prototype to production ramp
• Partner with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are manufacturable and scalable
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align engineering, operations, procurement, QA, and vendors
• Coordinate testing and validation including mechanical, thermal, and durability testing
