💼 About This Role

You'll perform and oversee high complexity NGS testing in a CLIA-certified laboratory ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will provide technical leadership and staff supervision to maintain efficient lab operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform and oversee daily lab operations for high complexity NGS assays
• Supervise and train laboratory personnel
• Review QC, QA, and assay performance metrics for test result validity
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, and regulatory requirements

📋 Requirements

• Active California CLS license or CGMBS/generalist license
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, physical, or clinical laboratory science
• Meet CLIA General Supervisor qualifications under 42 CFR 493.1461
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in high complexity CLIA testing with NGS expertise
