Description

You will lead a team to build new relationships with CPOs, eMSPs, and other entities, sign new agreements, and manage existing roaming partnerships. You'll oversee API integrations, manage partner health, and advise large customers on the public charging ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in partnership management or business development
• Previous experience in SaaS, automotive, energy or CleanTech industry
• Customer-centric and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally within Europe

Responsibilities

• Lead team of 1-3 specialists to build new relationships with CPOs, eMSPs, and other entities
• Sign new agreements and work with Roaming Operations to implement new APIs
• Manage existing relationships, including tariff/data management, contract reviews, and resolving production issues
• Advise large ChargePoint customers on navigating the public charging ecosystem
• Use internal software tools like Salesforce, Confluence, Tableau, and Jira
