Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team, you will build driver-based financial models, act as a strategic partner to business leaders, and provide rigorous financial advice to drive company strategy. You will manage P&L, conduct variance analysis, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years progressive finance experience, ideally in marketplace/SaaS/high-growth tech
• Expert-level driver-based modeling (PxQ)
• Advanced Excel, proficiency in Google Sheets and Adaptive or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• Curious problem-solver with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L for business units and provide financial advice to executive leadership
• Perform ad hoc finance and business case analyses
• Develop and maintain detailed budget and forecast models
• Provide budget-to-actual analysis and support action plans
• Ensure P&L accuracy including month-end accruals and billing
