💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build a platform powering institutional digital asset services for banks, broker-dealers, and fintechs. Your work will drive secure infrastructure for custody, trading, and staking at the intersection of crypto and regulated finance. You'll own critical systems from design through production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement virtual accounting layers and multi-tenant platform architectures
• Build customer-facing APIs and integrations for enterprise financial institutions
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning custody, trading, compliance, and client integration
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of platform features from architecture through production support

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience building backend services and distributed systems
• Experience designing and delivering customer-facing APIs and multi-tenant platform architectures
• Experience with cloud-native microservices (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and systems design

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional experience with C++, Go, or Rust
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Background in financial services or fintech platforms
